I had a very high opinion of Gina as I have known her for years. Her expertise, presentation and reputation have always been sterling. But, when I had the chance to work with her during a two day bootcamp and saw the amount of work and effort that goes into everything she does, my opinion of her grew beyond words. I've worked with Gina in past when she consulted on an employer branding project at my former company. She's a tremendous resource, a pleasure to work with, and very skilled at collaborating and building consensus. Gina was kind enough to accept an invitation to speak in a Professional Development course that I instruct at the University of Portland. She did a phenomenal job of identifying the needs of students at this level, and curating content and activities that were incredibly efficient and impactful. Every student walked away with a clear understanding of how they can best define and communicate their personal brand and/or their response to the dreaded "So tell me about yourself." Most had their first draft mocked up before the session ended. I really appreciate how practical Gina is. There isn't a lot of theoretical discussion, or asking questions simply as thought exercises. Instead, Gina gets in the weeds with you and pushes you to reframe your skills and experiences with a new lens. It takes work to find the rights words, and then to tweak and adjust and improve until it's perfectly yours, but her methods are thorough and thoughtful, and she'll have an immediate impact on the way you present yourself-- your background, skills and experiences, as well as your values, priorities and interests-- to the world.

Gina did a session for my Future Proof community of senior executives from all over the globe. She was thoughtful about how she put the presentation together and a great speaker.
